Do I need to install 1.7 into joomla 1.0 and 2.0 into joomla 1.5 or do I install 2.0 in both?

What if I migrating from mambo 4.5.0 to joomla 1.5?

Each version of Export Content has been written for a particular Joomla series.
1.7.0 is only ever installed on Joomla 1.0+ series.
2.0.0 is only ever installed on Joomla 1.5+ series in legacy mode.

And there will be another one which is almost finished that will be for Mambo only.
That will work on 4.5+ series and 4.6+ series.

All above versions of Export Content will allow you to move content to or from any version of Joomla but only one way from the Mambo version to any version of Joomla.

The version for Mambo is about 90 percent complete and is on the top of my todo list as soon as I get the time.

I will also put a FAQ section on it as it might be a bit confusing.

Thanks for the quick update. I'll await the mambo version for 4.5.2 as that is my source DB.

Not at this stage.

The fish is not ready for Joomla 1.5+ yet so when it is I will have another look at it.

But won't make any promises on if or when it will be added.
