Hi
I am having a problem trying to figure out why my importing does not have any items in the list. I've click the import icon and receive a messege "Please make a selection from the list to insert" But the thing is that there's nothing there. I've already done downloading my files ok. I'm confused.
Can someone assist me. Thanks.

What versions of Joomla are you moving content between?
Have you got the correct versions of Export Content installed.

Export Content Version 1.7.0 is for Joomla 1.0+ series.
Export Content Version 2.0.0 is for Joomla 1.5+ series.
Export Content Version 1.0.0 is for Mambo.

If you have compiled and successesfully installed content via the site installer you should see the new content under one of the imported content menus on the left.

If you "exported by sections" the sections, categories, and content and archived items will be populated.

If you exported "static items" only just the static items menu will be populated.

You then simply tick the content to insert and click the insert button at the top.

There are instruction on how to use each page by clicking the "This page help" link in the left menu.

my sections I have sections. But in my import sections I have nothing. nothing to tick?
Do I have to create a new sections within "Import Content"?
