hello,
i may be missing something, but do you have to manually create the same sections and categories in the site you are importing into first, or is there a way to tell the export/import process to create the sections and categories if they don't exist ?

found it under import sections - silly me
This will transfer the Section(s) listed and the categories, content items (also listed) contained within the sections(s).
