Export content Transfer ScreenShots Once you have compiled the selected content from the source site downloaded it and then installed it via the site installer on the destination site.
You will have the option of transferring the imported data by the following methods:

Single or multiple sections and the categories and content they contain.
Single or multiple categories and all the content contained in them.
Single or multiple content items.
Single or multiple archived items.
Single or multiple static/uncategorised items.

Transfer Data Into The Site:

Transfer data into the destination database by selected section(s).

Simply check the section(s) you wish to import into the site content tables and press the insert button at the top.

You will then be sent to the confirmation page.

Note: Whether transferring by selected section(s), category(s) or content item(s) the process is much the same as described here.

Transfer Data Confirmation:

After making your selections and pressing the "Insert" button all section(s) and any content within the selected section(s) will be listed.

Note: Whether transferring by section(s), category(s) or content item(s) the process is much the same as described here except you will have the option of choosing a section/category to move the data into.

Up until this point if you have not run into any problems all selected section(s), categories and content items contained within the section(s) have been transferred into the destination site database.

At this stage you might want to go to the section / category managers and the article manager to make sure everything was imported correctly.

Note: before attempting to install any other compiled data packages please make sure to uninstall the last one via the site install/uninstall option, look for "import1.5_data" under the components tab.
