Hi,

I am trying to import content from a Joomla 1.0 site to a new Joomla 1.5 site.

I have overcome the JDate error thanks to the forum, but seem to have got stuck at the final step when I click insert I get a message saying article must have text.

Please could you advise how to fix this issue.

Hi Arjun,

This is normally because you have one or more content items that does not have any content in the main edit box area.

This may be due to content created using a third party extension that is using the main Joomla content tables for it's data.

If this is the case the only way around it is to go through either before compiling (which I would recommend) or via the edit feature in export content and enter something in like hitting the space bar or a no breaking space(&nbsp) or anything else you like.

This will make Joomla think that the content item is not empty.
